This inclusive, supportive class is specially designed for individuals who use wheelchairs or prefer to remain seated while exercising. Our Cognitive Connection class is designed to keep minds active, engaged, and thriving through fun, interactive brain games that support memory, focus, and long-term cognitive health. Participants enjoy a variety of activities such as conversation prompts that spark memories and storytelling, drawing challenges, puzzles, bingo, and other engaging group games that stimulate thinking while encouraging laughter and connection.
